1. The service

NaturePet is a digital tool that generates outdoor pet routine boards (Walk, Wipe, Rest and Store) and suggests ordinary outdoor pet accessories.

The service is for general organising and planning only. It does not sell pet food and does not provide diet, nutrition, veterinary, medical, treatment, food-safety or health advice. Nothing on the site is a professional recommendation or guarantee of any outcome.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

The routine boards are suggestions you choose whether to follow. You remain responsible for the care and safety of your pet.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Routine boards are provided on a credit basis. Free, pack and subscription options are described on the Pricing page. One credit is used per board.

Online checkout is currently payment provider pending. Until a payment provider is live, plans and credit packs cannot be charged online, and any access is arranged by contacting us. No card details are collected through this site at this time.

4. Accessories

Where outdoor accessories are offered, they are ordinary household and outdoor items. Availability and prices are indicative and may change. Any sale of accessories is subject to our Refund and Shipping Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content and imagery are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
