Refund & Shipping Policy

This policy covers refunds for digital routine board credits and shipping and returns for any outdoor accessories supplied by NATUREDIET PET FOODS LIMITED.
1. Digital credits
Routine board credits are digital items. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than three boards have been generated from the relevant purchase.
Because online checkout is currently payment provider pending, no online charges are taken yet. Once payment is live, this refund window will apply from the date of payment.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for time already elapsed in a billing period unless required by law.
3. Accessories — shipping
Where outdoor accessories are sold, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated dispatch is within 2–5 working days, with delivery times depending on the carrier.
Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before any order is confirmed.
4. Accessories — returns
You may return unused accessories in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, in line with UK consumer rights.
To start a return, contact us first so we can confirm the return address. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If an accessory arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return postage.
